WFF’s primary goal is to provide consistent, high quality service.  The ultimate key to successfully achieving our goal will be determined by the strength of the on-site leadership, and WFF’s commitment to on-going corporate and regional support. Our management philosophy emphasizes a strong team approach between corporate and regional support staff, the on-site management team, and the well trained and supervised associates.

WFF’s management philosophy is designed to provide experienced on-site management to assure professional execution of the custodial services program.  The role of the on-site Director is that of a department head who fully integrates with the other members of your staff and the campus as a whole.  While WFF Facility Services recognizes that many campuses have similar needs, our strength lies in our ability to identify and individually tailor our programs to meet each campus’ unique individual needs and circumstances.

WFF teaches, mentors and practices the concept of empowerment throughout its organization structure, from the President on down to the on-site management team in each of our accounts.  Empowerment allows management to be flexible, creative and decisive in the everyday management of our business.  More importantly it allows our on-site management personnel the freedom to adapt to the individual uniqueness of each campus.
