1960 - STARTUP Jim Fiala and Marty Flannery, two recent University of Missouri graduates, start cleaning a small office building at night.

1963 Clean-Tech Company is founded.
1974 Witt Fiala Flannery & Associates is founded.
1979 CareTech, specializing in hospital cleaning, is founded.
1981 Loyola University-New Orleans hires WFF, longest standing partnership to date
2004 Jonathan Campbell joins the company after 15 years at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
2008 Corporate headquarter moves to its current location on Jefferson Avenue in St. Louis.
2010 Jonathan Campbell is named President of WFF.
2014 WFF celebrates 40 years in business.
2014 CIMS and CIMS-Green Building certifications awarded, each with honors, by ISSA.

For over 40 years, WFF Facility Services has been delivering consistent, high-quality facilities services exclusively to educational institutions across the United States.  Our mission is to “Create environments that enrich lives and facilitate success”.  We accomplish our mission by delivering a clean, healthy and safe campus to those institutions we serve.  Over the years, we have been honored to serve the custodial, grounds and plant maintenance needs of dozens of institutions.  Trusted partnerships, quality services and customer satisfaction have been the cornerstones of our success.  As we continue to expand upon the legacy built by our founders, we seek partnerships where our guiding values complement those of the institution.
